Halloween Party

Happy Halloween to all!  Get ready for a fun day full of ghoslty readings, haunted math, and spooktacular party games and treats.   Our classroom Halloween party officially starts at 1:15.  Parents are welcome to come in and have fun with their child.  But if you do, be ready for a mummy good time.

Kindergarten Buddies with Miss Evans

Our students look forward to every Friday.  It's a special time they get to spend with Kindergarten students working on reading skills, art activities, and other hands-on engagements.  This opportunity for your child gives them the chance to teach and mentor younger students as they start off their first year in school.  Building these relations is exciting for all.  Also, your child might have even had Miss Evans as their Kindergarten teacher.  They think it is so cool to be back in her class helping students with the same things they learned with Miss Evans.

Frisbee Test

           During two weeks of P.E. classes, we  learned about Frisbees.We took a test about Frisbees and the catches and throws.Our class thinks we are going to get 100% on the test because we did really good. The catches are sandwich catch and sea catch.The throws are Hammer throw, forehand throw, and backhand throw.Learning about Frisbees was extremely fun.
