Stone Fox
Stone Fox is my favorite literature study of the year! This year through Edmodo, we are sharing ideas, projects and having discussions with 3rd graders across Eastern Oregon! Stone Fox is about a boy who is determined to save his Grandfather's farm. Little Willy enters a dogsled race in hopes of winning money to pay taxes to the City Slicker. Will Willy win the race? Or will the champion dogsled racer, Stone Fox, go home with the prize money?
While reading Stone Fox, we will also be following the Iditarod. The Iditarod is an annual dogsled race in Alaska. We are having fun reading and making connections in Room 4!

Gingy the Gingerbread Man
Gingy made it through Christmas without getting ate!!! Our disguises worked. Thanks families for doing this homework project with your kids and saving Gingy for another year!
