3rd grade is a huge academic adjustment from second grade for your child.  They go from "learning to read" to "reading to learn."  It is their first year experiencing the rigorous state testing, OAKS. We still have one more week to go, but your child's Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade teachers have given them words of encouragement as they go through this process.  Thank you Rocky Heights for caring for each child, whether they are in your classroom or not.
